It is common to find organizations that have chosen to place their computing facilities in the lower level or basement of a building. Discuss the pros and cons of this decision. Solution

the pros of putting computing devices in basements are as follows

1. its bit cooler than other places

2. no access to persons and heavy machines

3. less fire prone and can be closed by walls and special areas

the cons can be

1. flooding can happen easily

2. heater can be present

3. no proper coolig facility can damage servers

the best places will be the lower floor becuase it is the places where less access can be there and connection are good enough for a building we can go from down to up . but we cannot places servers on top or middle of building that have more risk than basement of lower floors
