it depends on what i would like to get the genome sequence.

if its just for my own analysis then definitely no.

If it is for research purposes, then yes. Cause genome sequence will represent a shortcut which is valuable in helping genes find more quickly and easily. there is also hope that finding out the sequece will help in understanding the whole organism better, thus bringing out more ways for growth and develepment.
