Find what are some material choices for refrigeration tubing and seals, when used with the following refrigerants/lubricant combinations:

1. R22 and mineral oil

2. R410A and POE oil

3. R717 and PAO oil

1)when we are selecting material for refrigerator tubing,then we have to take care of following

i)it must pass required flow of refrigerant

ii)it must not attack tubing material

iii)pressure loss should be minimized

iv)it should be leak proof

2)tubing material for various refrigerant and mineral oil mix is as follows

i)for mix of R22 and mineral oil - in this case best tubing material is copper as it has better ductility than carbon steel,where for sealing pinch method is used,in which end is pinched and then braze for opening

ii)for mix of R410A and POE oil(polyol easter oil) - in this case tubing material is either copper or brass as working pressure is high than R22 refrigerant and same sealing method is used.

iii)R717 and PAO oil mix - in this case steel is best material as ammonia attack non ferrous material in presence of water,in this case either soldering or welding is best method for sealing.
