Learner analysis is a process that is used for finding which on of the employees are in need of the training by also observing the empoyees cuurent and expected performances .The employees need for training may arise from diferent factors like problem in performance , alteration in the job from one place to another,handling latest technologies which may be a little bit of difficult to use .The analysis also assists the manager weather or not the employee is ready for the required training.The employees willingness to accept the training is determined by the following two points which are as follows:-
-The first point refers to the traits that are necessary to be present in a employee that is required for the attainment of the training and its application in the job.
-Weather or not the workplace will hinder the work of the employees and weather or not will that work environment will assist in the progress of learning.
The learner\'s analysis process involves the following factors which are as follows:-
-The first process involves the essential traits required ina employee that is needed to perform a task or a job .It includes the reading and writting abilities possesed by a employees needed for a job.To aquire the knowledge that is given in the training programs the employee should be known with its strenghts and weakness of abilities and how to get rid of their weaknesses by the process of training
-The second process involves the directs the employees about all there is to be neede to perform in the job.It also involves all the means that going to be used by the employees to complete the task or perform a job.If the employees have everything but lack the appropiate tool required for the job then they cant perform the job in a correct way.
-The third process involves the analysis of the performance requirements of the company from the employee that has to be up to the mark .The employee may or maynot be able to perform according to the requirements as the requirements for the performance may not be clearly specified which causes many problems regarding the performances .The employes maybe having the abilities thats necessary for the job but may not be able to perform until and unless they are guided
-The fouth process refers to the result that will be given when the performance of the employee .The poor performance of the employee can result in the reduction of the salary of the employee or removal of incentives and bonuses.The training may help the employee to increase the performance and in better result
The fifth one is the feedback that the employee recieves depending upon the the performance of the employee.Feedback is one of the important process as the need of training is recognized by the company for the employees who have any problems regarding the jobs they were assigned .
