And this can be augmented by recruitment of suitable candidates, and so this can go hand in hand with cross pollination, as that leads to diverse ideas and integrates well to increase the innovation through variety of ideas and experience exposure.
Generally Innovation architecture can be boosted by a cross-pollination based recruitment and Human resources development. Though innovation archtecture can also help in cross pollination, but it is less dependent as its more with the recruitment and culture orientation than anything else .
