a)

we just need to look the box plot

as you can see the box plox is between 17 and 50 s there are more children than snior citizen because the box plot begin at 17 years and finish at 50

b)

percent of the population are of working age adults (above age 17 to age 65) is 1 - 0.126 = 0.874
