The most common differences arise when people compete. The isuues related to promotions and the competition that follows brings many disturbances. Another reason for differences is imbalances in team . This creates confusion in the work and hence employeels differ in their opinions. Managers can prevent these situations by taking some steps like introducing a specific structure for promotions and equal for all policy. This does not give the employees scope to differ . They must appoint efficient leaders so that they can lead the teams in a balanced manner. They must not act biased and must be unbiased towards any employee . This helps them to bring all the employees on the same line and hence accomplish a shared mission of the organisation.
