Also a good manager must have confidence, optimism ability to speak on public must respect each other and a team player.

A good manager congratulates on public and gives feedback on private because that is information of areas that need to be improve.

A manager and a leader is someone who is compassionate, says we instead of I, develops people, earns respect, gives credit, delegates and thinks long term instead of short term.
