A) centralized

b) decentralized

CENTRALIZED: a structure where decision making is done by the top management with the broader perspective that include having a mass considerable knowledge and nformaton about what needs to be done. these decisons are made by top management are communicated to the lower organization, who are then expected to accept and move forward in a consistent with those decisions. in centralizalized organization, even those decisions regarding everyday process and task are geneally decieded by the top level management. policies are put to ensure the rest of the comapny follows the directi0on of the top management.

DECENTALIZED: this is the type of organization structure in which everyday task and processes reponsblities are delegated by top managem,ent to the middle and lower management, which allow top management to focus major on major decision. form many small business growth creat the need to decentralizes to continue efficientt operation.
