a)The criminal act of UAE comes under the federal law of 35,1992.The person accused under UAE criminal act may appoint a lawyer when he is punished with death sentence or life imprisonment according to article 7 of UAE.According to article 4,the persin accused may also ask the court may also ask to provide an attroney by the court.If accused and the person is unable or does not appoint a lawyer then the court provides the lawyer to accused after checking the finacial capability of person.
