Critically appraise the comparative strengths and weaknesses of the main approaches used by public sector bodies as an alternative to direct funding of the construction cost to procure built assets from the private sector.

In the my point of view- \"quality of work is by public sector body.,because it\'s durability of structure is high rather than private sector work.private sector provide not good quality of building plan and they are not required high durability .because public sector works always longer in year by private sector work.that is main point
