1. Till this time there is no specific or particular pay structure in this small firm. Of course as the owner he may have complete freedom on all business activities, but it does not mean that, he can do anything he likes or he wishes. Particularly when it comes to pay and salaries to employees, there must be an unique, centralized, equal pay system must be there. Otherwise, the discriminations among employees will increase and result in employee moral. Every one must recognize, the management should consider their performace, clearly said the targets, and finally fix the pay or incentives, perks or other benefits what ever you named.
2. Here performance based reward system is missed, rewards must be announced based on performance of employees, but not based on manager mood and his interest. The one who performed greately, should appreciate greately, and vice versa. It helps to bring competitive nature among the employees and works more hardly for the firm.
3. In this process, most of the employees do not feel satisfaction. They always says and compares with others, and says that I did well than you, but you got more benefits than me, or some others. If there is no uniform rule in incentive determination or measurement of employee measurement, the problems will be more only. Hence it must be unified, and prepared a strict incentive policy must be based on employee performance only.
