In isobaric process, the pressure of the system is remains same.

The force F = PA.

So it shows that the system will be under isobaric until it experiences the external force by the given heat. Now when the gas absorbs heat, then it will increase the internal energy of system so that the volume and temperatures will increase at constant pressure. This is called isobaric expansion.

In an isothermal process, the temperature is remains same. The internal energy of the system is remains constant during the process. The heat energy given to the system does some work and the gas will be expanded at constant pressure.
