A sales manager gives ryan a box of Trimko shirts to wear when hes visiting customers, and some trimko order forms. Ryan goes back to his customers and starts taking orfers for trimko wheel covers, he sends the order by email to trimko. By March 31sr Ryan submitted 75,000 dollars in sales over his 50,0000 requirement to become an agent for Trimko. One order dated March 7th is for a dozen Superchrome wheel covers ordered by Big County Body Shop.. Trimko ships the wheel covers on time and the shop places an order for two dozen Super chrime wheel covers. These wheel covers were never shipped and as a result the shop loses a larger sal. By this time Ryan had only sent in 24,000 orders to trimko. Another order dated April 3rd for a dozen Custom Chrome wheels is placed by Ryan for Center Auto Repair. Trimko does not ship the order and Center Auto Repair is sued by its customer for breach of contract. As mentioned above by March 31 Ryan had sent in orders totaling 65,000. Trimko then refuses to take any orders from Ryan after April 15

Yes in above case principle -agent relationship exists between Trimko and Ryan. As goods exchange takes place between Trimko and Ryan. While doing these transactions some consequences incurred between these two parties. See in question 2 & 3 its been asked whether   Big County body shop  & Center Auto repair shop sue on Trimko or not. But the key fact here is there is no any direct commercial transaction between Trimko &  Big County body shop ,  Trimko & Center Auto repair shop. These Big County body shop  & Center Auto repair shop parties have made transactions with Ryan .So through Ryan they can sue to above parties.But can sue individually.
