Companies and organizations look towards the method of organizational restructuring to; rebrand, reduce labor cost, and be more efficient in providing their goods and services. In the article “Does McDonald\'s have a Plan to Win 2.0,” CEO Steve Easterbrook explains “Our business model is enduring, but no business or brand has a divine right to succeed. And the reality is, our recent performance has been poor. The numbers don\'t lie.\" Over the years McDonald\'s has had numerous of ideas that have been implemented to bring in more revenue for the company. But with new ideas comes in new budgets that seem to cost more than what is being brought in by the newly implemented ideas. The restructuring of the company will come from a big help of franchises that creates restaurants and operated on their own, allowing to cut company cost and soon become more and more McDonald\'s franchises. According to reporter Soergel “The entire restructuring plan is expected to deliver “approximately $300 million” in annual net savings.” McDonald\'s still struggles to manage their sales and revenues as the biggest problem factor of the rebranding is healthier foods. Many consumers steer away from the fast food junk and go towards the healthier meals. McDonald\'s has had and still has its time of constant rebranding of themselves, they are likely to figure out multiple methods to resolve their financial issues. The article mentions how their “Plan to Win” has helped the company’s net income during the 2000-2006(Soergel 2015).

The consciousness among st the customers about the health is rising and the company needs to develop its image as healthy. More and more customers are now becoming health conscious and therefore the players in the fast food industry need to realize this fact and offer new healthy products for the customers.
