Solution
Exploitation is a way of treating people or using the resources not in the right way to benefit from their work, for example the way natural resources are used to build buildings or develop a state, city.
The analysis is done on theory of Karl Marx of exploitation of capitalism.its true that when the competitive pressure are put in then the labours who are paid less have an advantage to move to the other side where a good offer is given. The competitors pay close to the value what they produce not because they want to but they have to and that is what makes the difference between the two competitors.Mutually beneficial exchanges are also good on certain terms as it will benefit both the parties here beacause they agree on certain terms and conditions it’s up to the parties to decide whether they would want to do it or let go of it.The alternative here is that the citizens are often put into vulnerability and all of these policies are set up at the expense of the citizens who are paying it through various services and in political exchange it is a no guarantee that it will be mutually beneficial as its governments decisionto decidedly much has to be paid. The politicians have power over the business as its a profit earning way for them. The bad fall in this is due to the structure of the political ground which is a major route cause by imposing decisions on the public for various fees and services.
In the US the capitalism is on smoother side and would work better if the government lowered taxes.Markets always don’t get efficient outcome sometimes free market capitalism leads to industry domination. In the US capitalism is largely free market capitalism beacause the business are done in private and the companies are free to decide on what to do or not.Hence the business is subject to some regulations.According to author Robert reich “American economy is rigged by those with the power and resources to buy the regulatory heads and even the courts”.
