Determination of sex in human is different than flys.human having xxy ,xxxy are phenotypocally male while in flys x chromosome matterial to autosomes determines the sex.in flys y chromosome encodes only genes for sperms.So it depends on x:A ratio (x chromosome and autosome ratio).If the ratio is 1 or more than 1 ,then it is a female while less than 1 I:e; 0.5 is male.
