Certain amount of padi sick leaves are important, as the employee may be the only one income source in his house or sometimes disease could be serious. From this point of view we could say 3 paid sick leaves in a year are good for the organisation and the employee. Organisations are having some employees with hgih salaries so it would be bad for the organisation if we give more number of paid sick leaves.

Also paid sick leaves could help in retention of employee and it could help organisation to keep work environment happy and healthy.

So overall paid sick leaves could be benifitial for organisation. Provied there shoudl be certain number which will not affect organisations financials.
