My company has huge diverse culture because it has diverse people all over the country. Being a large retail company it operates whole the country and to meet the diversity of the nation company has hired diverse people.

Diversity causes conflicts hence company has focused in this area. The responsibility to handle the conflict is senior team leaders. The culture of business is to respect the elder team members.

The company also includes the entire employee in decision making process. There is no discrimination at all. Employees can share their ideas, thoughts and they are valued by the company. This makes them feel valued. Their attachment with the company gets increased.

The performance management system has performance benchmark only. There is no any discrepancy in PMS. The employees get the promotions, appraisals etc as per their performance only. This eliminates any kind on conflict.

As far as retention is concern, when employees do not get much stress and work load they are attached with the company for longer period of time.

Company gives handsome payout to employees as well as promotion opportunities.

If the employees get 2 exceed expectation rating they in a year they are promoted to a higher level to handle the bigger tasks.
