Using pythagoreous theorem;

a² + b² = c²

(13)² + (4)² = c²

169+16 = c²

=> 185 = c²

=> c = 13.60

Now we apply sine law of triangles:

a/sinA = b/sinB = c/sinC

=> 13/sinA = 4/sinB = 13.60/sin(90⁰) = 13.60/1 = 13.60
