Ethics is a serious business and to be ethical in all our activites will actually bring in more respect for an individual in the society and the business arena. Its not easy to be ethically compliant. For instance while a researcher is conducting a research they will have to collect data from multiple individuals some of which might be sensitive information. Researchers will be in need of this information to complete the research, but while publishing the results of the research, they will have to ensure that the data pertaining to an individual is not published since it is all about breaching one\'s privacy.

In order to avoid it, the researcher will have to remove the names of the participants who have participated in the survey thereby publishing only the findings and hiding the details of the pertaining to name, exact location and occupation of the individual. This will be more ethically compliant if the researcher and the participant have a written consent to abide by the privacy rights of each other.
