Administration of discipline is a very important aspect carried out by HR management and this helps in maintaining balance in the company. But some rules must be followed in order make this administration fair.  

They must always try to correct the mistakes of the employees by explaining them and must help them to rectify the mistakes. 2. They must follows a structure of administration like warning and then punishment. They must not directly get into punishing the employees. 3 .They must let the employees explain themselves before coming to conclusions. They must warn the employees the consequence that might occur the next time.

However the staff can take some steps which will decrease the need to administer discipline to employees by setting up rules and regulations and making the employees aware of the same, following a culture which in incorporated in every employee and this culture must be made a compulsory procedure , setting a good example to the employees by correcting the first employee who does mistake. These will help the employees know what is correct and what is not.
