performance management is the process of performance measurement of employees with relates to work. employee performance will be measured with standard performance and he will be dicided the salary or wage to him. the one who did good work, he will be provided incentives and rewards, and the people who are not upto the mark, will be provided some kind of training to improve their performance.

employee productity is the core area or base area where his performance will be measure by the managers. thats whay employee should work hardly and efficient and effective way to produce more output.
