My industry is Human Resource Management.

1) Companies are more and more focusing on improving their candidate and employee experience.If companies don\'t create good candidate experience then they can also loose them as customer and hence potential revenue loss.That is why some companies like virgin have focused on this area.

2) Companies have started creating mixed workforce where full time workers are working with freelancers.

3) Performance reviews are taking place at a continuous level rather than only once annually.This is adopted from the fact that professionals need instant gratifications about the work they do.Younger generations are impatient and they dont want to wait for one complete year to learn about their strengths and areas of improvements.

4) Recruiting and training has been revolutionised by augmented and virtual reality.Virtual reality has bettered the experience of job seekers as well has improved the training programs.

The trend in Human Resource management is positive as the latest technology developments has led to HR practices which has now made HR function a profit center rather than a cost center.
