When engaging stakeholders, project managers use techniques such as coordinating, planning and execution and soft skills. Are some of these techniques better than others or do all work equally well? Choose one technique and discuss the pros and cons if you would or would not use it.

there are many people contributes their services towards a firm, all together they called as stakeholders. they includes owners/ promoters to the firm, shareholders to the firm, employees to the firm, customers, suppliers, bankers and fund providers, society, media and even competitors.
to manage each kind, the project managers follow different strategies. when they interact with customers to the project, they will follow a method, where as when they interacting with the suppliers, they follow a different method. in this example, i will take the example of how the project manager interact and motivate the employees.
employees are the core people who contribute their services to complete the work or project. they works with care and with full knowledge. the success of the project is completely depends on employees performance. so, project managers interact them regularly and inspire and motivate them to reach the targets or tasks in time.
