Answer- In the given question, all are isoelectronic species i.e. they contain same number of electrons. For isoelectronic species more the negative charge; larger the ionic radius and more the positive charge, smaller the ionic radius.Therefore P^3- has largest ionic radius and Sc^3+ has smallest radius. hence the order is

P^3-> S^2- > Cl^- > K^+ > Ca^2+ > Sc^3+
