my employer is providing provident fund facility to us, which a proportionate of amount will be deducts from our salary and same proportionate will be compensate from the orgnization side and deposit in provident fund account. in long term it will be benefited to the employees.

and we offered flexible working hours, as a professor, we have classes regularly. but based on our convinance we can chose classes to the students. and the working environment also very plesent. there are no targets and chasings, just they assign a task to us and it is upto us how we achieve it.

i am satisfying with the services provided by employer.
