please help me to write the show casue letter for the first year of univeristy. Many thanks!!!

Your show cause letter must demonstrate that you are able to identify the factors that have impeded your studies for the first year at univeristy and, importantly, must detail how you have/will resolve those issues. Your letter should address the issues stated on the Show Cause Application form.

Step 1 Complete the Show Cause Application Please note in your Show Cause application, you should:
• describe the factors which led to your poor academic progress for the first year at univeristy
• explain the steps you have taken1 to remove impediments to your academic performance since you were warned or last refused enrolment under the provisions of these rules
• if you have previously had conditions set by the Associate Dean (Academic) under the provisions of these rules, explain how you have satisfied these conditions

The Show Cause Application is supposed to cover the given points. Let us cover these points one by one

Factors which led to your poor academic progress for the first year at univeristy:

1) Unplanned studies: You can include in your letter that you hadn\'t prepared a study chart during your first year of graduation, which led to un-even coverage of the required curriculum. This resulted in you ending of leaving some of the portions of your syllabus untouched. Secondly, since it was an unplanned study, you hadn\'t prepared any schedules of revision, notes preprations etc.

2) A part-time job you took for pocket money: You can include in your application that you took up a partime job which led to you not being able to spend enough time on your studies, which in turn, resulted in your poor grades during the first year of your graduation.

3) Medical Condition: You can also include this very good point in your letter. You can mention any desease you like to write about :-)

Steps you have taken to remove impediments to your academic performance:

1) Now I have prepared a routine chart, which I will be following strictly. This chart includes how many hours do I spend on each of the subjects everyday, along with the time I have kept for revising the topics that I have already finished.

2) I have left the partime job that I had taken up for earning my pocket money. I have had a conversation around the same with my parents and they agree to \"this part time job\" being a contributing factor to my grades being low. Hopefully with leaving the parttime job, I will be able to spend more time on my studies. Also, it will help my focus more on my graduation.

3) In order to cure my \"medical condition\" I had gone through several medical check ups. I am taking the proper prescription and hopefully I will recover soon.

The third point of this question requires if you really had any conditions set by the dean. So I won\'t be able to answer this one. Hopefully you will be able to take this up from here.
