Answer:- In my opinion, evaluation of the bank teller operations is not that easy thing to perform as it is quite difficult to find the right person for the right job. This can be seen as the greatest challenges faced by all of us.

Answer:- Yes, the organization was quite efficient I hiring the employees. It adopted the correct selection process so that the right individuals are selected at the right job. This is done by analyzing the skills of the individuals with the job requirements.

Highly motivated manpower

Commitment of manpower towards their job

Disadvantages:-

This process takes a lot of time

It is quite difficult to select the correct candidate for the correct job position

It incurs a lot of cost

Answer:- Yes, I would definitely recommend this selection process mainly due to the fact that the candidates can be evaluated on the basis of varied parameters and they can judge whether a certain individual is eligible and worthy for a certain job position or not.
