1) Stora Tiering
Which means it uses an algorith to check which date is used mostly and it automatically moves it to the fastest disk.We can adjust the setting via power shell.

2) Work Folders
This service bring the feature of Dropbox to corporate servers. we need to install this role on a Windows Server 2012 R2 system, and you get a fully functional, secure file replication service.

3) Write Back Cache
Whenever we create a new storage on the server we get the option of enabling Write back cache. Which sets aside an amount of physical storage for fast SSD to use a write to help us work faster.
