If a merchant sells goods to a good faith purchaser under the Entrustment Rule, does the original owner of the goods have any remedy? If so, what is it?
Solution
Entrustment rules gives a good faith buyer legitimate title to the goods. The rights of the good faith buyer takes priority over the original owner. The good faith buyer should have bought the goods in the odinary course of business and with no knowledge of the voildable title. The original owner can only sue the merchant who had voidable title to the goods.
