Solution

f(x)=2x2-3x+5

f(x)= 2(x2-(3/2)x +9/4 -9/4)+5

f(x)= 2(x-(3/2))2 +1/2

vertex(h,k)=(3/2,1/2)

Axis of symmetry is at x-3/2=0

x=3/2

Minimum value is 1/2 at x=3/2
