And if Entrepreneur is not filled with integrity then the employees will not think about integrity and company environment will be filled with dishonesty and cheating. And if cheating is done with the custo0mers then the company may loses its existence. This is why integrity is very essential for entrepreneurs. So an entrepreneur always thinks that his team depends on him. For an entrepreneur the integrity will be offering good bonus, overtime pay, dividends etc.

The employees feel satisfied with their work and do not leave the company. Hence the company spends less of hiring and training a new employee and with increasing experience the productivity of the employees gets increased.
