1. As per the project plan project will end on 25-Jan-2016 and current project progress is 47% you may say earned value is 47% and planned value is also 47% as total cost planned for project is 782939.04. & actual cost is 365600.96 which states that 47% is consumed. So CPI = 1 & SPI = 1.

2. As project is going totally as per the plan means all activities are done perfectly.

3. 47%

4. Forecasted cost would remained same as planned.

5. SPI =1 date will remain same as planned

6. Project is set as per priorities in terms of set dependencies and they are on pace and doing good.

What if any other recommendations, would you make so that the project can achieve Robin\'s deadline? Justify your recommendations.
And: only recommendation here is resource allocation need to be done in a better way. As no person can work for 400% it would impact the project somewhere definitely. Rest is ok.
