1. unions increases problems and complications and do not solve them . unions do not help labours to increase their wages, nor do they protect them when they are laid off, So what\'s the use of them

2. Most people are out of touch of regular ongoings of the unions. because of which they often tend to disagree on the issues for which their unions are supporting parties or politicians.

3.unions have poor public image . they are seen as corrupt organizations They often are seen in the news for all the wrong reasons.
