Solution

Artifacts refers to those aspects which are visible and can be seen. They are not only visible to the employees but also to the outside world. Logos, dress code, structure, technology, and ceremonies are few examples of artifacts. One of the artifact in my organization that I worked in the past is coming in formal dress at work.

Values refers to the principles and norms of the organization. Espoused values emphasis on the rules of conduct and ethical practice done by the employees and depict the behavior of the organization as a whole. It is expected from every employee to work as per the value of the organization. The organization that I worked in the past have a values based ethical culture. The organizational values and norms that encourage employees to behave in ways that lead to high-quality is to be dependable, open and connected.
