concentration of H+ in HCl is 1*10-3

PH=-log[H+]

PH=-log[1*10-3]=3

concentration of OH- in Ba(OH)2 is 2*0.02=0.04 as there are two hydroxide ions two is multiplied

POH=-log[OH-]=-log[0.04]=1.397

pH=14-POH

PH=14-1.397=12.603
