Among this the two most important ethical considerations are Confidentiality and Multiple roles.

Confidentiality refers to   practitioners not letting know others to know their client’s identity, and not letting others know the client’s major concerns or any attributes to related treatment. This is also applicable to team members to keep confidentiality about team building and strategy they have chosen against any of their opponents.,

Multiple roles: This relates to maintain a professional relationship with a client and at the same point of time interacting with the same client as a close friend or as a family member which is of totally a different role. It is no unethical if it is managing properly. But chance of taking situtions emotionally and making decision out of favortism is very high. This will actually creates gap and lack of transparency in selection and in taking decision.it is very much essential that practitioners discuss all the major possible multiple-role relationships with athletes at the outset of services. This kind of mlutiple roles should not taken away the position of any suitable roles of a sportsman at any point of time.
