The company is focused on creating an image in the minds of customer that, they produce only best items in their respective areas. They do not go lightly to all customer segments, or all product segments, go with few selective areas and brands and focused on those. It is the positioning strategey of this firm, and customers are believing the same. They are producing few products, with more care and those products are one of the best products in the given segment.

Yes, they have brand equity in the minds of customer. As already i said that they are succeeded to create positive image in the minds of customers and customers have positive openion about this firm and their products.

These promotional strategies are very selective in nature, they focused on need of utilizing their product in common lives of individual but it never insists to buy the product. It generalizes the need and importance of their product, and you can decide whether you need it or not.

The objective of any promotional strategy is drive the customers to buy and use the product. In this way, I can say that, this firm must improve their promotional campaign. They can highlight the key points than other competitors, how they are unique than others, what kind of benefits you are going to be recieve and so on. Instead of generalizing promotions, it is better to be run selective promotions for different seasons.
