   y = caffeine in 1 serving of Red Bull
   z = caffeine in 1 serving of Mountain Dew.

Given

x + y + z = 203         --- eqn 1

x + z - y = 31         --- eqn 2

=> x + z = 117

x - 2z = 2         --- eqn 3

From above 2 equations
