At the top level, Dean of the hospital, specialist surgeons, and hospital administrators are positioned. Dean of the hospital is known to be the highest authority at the hospital and used to plan out leadership duties and looks after their proper accomplishment. Hospital administrators are known to be helping hand for the dean of the hospital and support him in vital decision-making. Along with this, the hospital administrators used to look after management of the hospital. In addition, they used to look after the way operations are carried out smoothly or not. A strict watch is made over ethical aspects as well. Specialist surgeons are known to be the most important player and are possessed with great amount of caliber and experience.
