1. Project manager: Project manager is the head of a project and all the work is supervised and managed by project manager.

2. The project development team: involvement and support of all appropriate management is neccessary

3. Systems analysts: System analyst plays an important role in system developement projects. He decides how and where to apply which technology to solve a problem.

4. Computer programmers: These are the people who finally implement whatever the final product has to be.

5. External players like customers, vendors, auditors etc
