We can go for open tendering procurement strategy as we have to procure a large number of workstations. As this process increases competition in the market so we can procure pc at minimum cost. As in this process each vendor has to quote its price on which he can offer pc to the company. After this the tender will be opened by the company top level management and the least price quoted by the firm will win the tender this will help the firm to keep the cost low.
