Constitutional law-----------It is the body of law that defines the relationship between the different entites within a nation, most commonly the judiciary, executive and legislature body. the main purpose of the constitutional law is to govern the law making bodies of the nation. it can also give set boundaries of the laws that cannot be violated. constitutional law of the countary change with the change of the goverment.

Statutory law-------------------This law has been written down and codified by the legislative branch of the country. the laws set by the legislature of the country and codified by the goverment. it is also called written law. the laws are written on the bill and must be passed by the legislative body of the goverment.

Case law------------case law is the law that has been established by following the decisions made by the judges. it is a part of the common law. it consist of the judgements given by the higher court in interpreting the statutes that is applicable in that particular case brought before them.
