This is being seen in the trash disposal, correctional institution system, the educational system, and collection of child support. I agree with delegating the authority of these areas to private organizations to oversee these societal needs provided they are regulated and overseen by the government agencies as pure profit motive with disregard to societal benefits defeats the purpose of delegation of such authority. It is because of the efficiency and cutting edge management techniques of many private organizations that I think authority over these areas could be handed over to the private organizations.
