Solution
Type 1 diabetes happens when your immune system destroys cells in your pancreas called beta cells.Diabetes mellitus type 1 is related to ketoacidosis due to the large amount of ketones in blood and urine and marked metabolic acidosis. Diabetes ketoacidosis arises due to lack of insulin in our body.the lack of insulin and corresponding elevation of glucagon leads to incresed release of glucose by the liver which results in high glucose levels spill over into the urine. Diabetes ketoacidosis is produced due to the combination of hyperglycemia ( high blood sugars), ketones in the combination or on urinalysis and acidosis .
