Due to high electronegativity of F, the Hydrogen fluride (HF) is having intermolecular hydrogen bonds, whereas for Hydrogen Chloride (HCI), the intermolecular bonding is van der Waals. Since the hydrogen bond is stronger than van der Waals. Therefore the Hydrogen Fluoride will have a higher boiling temperature than Hydrogen Chloride.
