Miles and Snows typology involves majorly four types of strategies which are

a; Prospector: They innovate a lot and wants be lead in the major market : eg: 3M. The company search for new markets, new business opporunities by diversification, encourages risk taking.

b:Dfenders: They generally protect thier market share and move in pace with market change or trends: eg: BIC

c;Analyzer: They analyse the market well in detail and understand the change in demand and requirement, and moderate focus on innovation eg: IBM

d:Reactor: They dont have proper strategy, drifts qth events and condition and lack of proper planning. eg International Harvester.

Organisation culture plays very important role in business strategy. They helpn in developing a proper communication platform, motivate employees and design objectives based on the target segmentation and ethics. It also helps in forecasting the market through colloborative effort and link with market ( customers), propogate HR policies and make employees to follow it properly.
