Solution
Instead of a business model, i am going to address a social concern and a method of solving it using untapped resources. The education system in most of the developing and underdeveloped countries are in a peril and something needs to be done to improve them.
Even after the implementation of so many policies for the development of public schools in developing and under-developed countries, the conditions of them are still a concern. The public schools are crippled by the lack of good quality teachers and infrastructure. In some schools, the cases are even worse than we can imagine. Due to this, students studying in these public schools are not getting a proper education. This is a serious concern which needs to be addressed immediately and efficiently for the betterment of our future generations.
Our solution to the problem is to be implemented in 3 phases given as follows:
Phase 1: Assessment and Initiation (one year), during which the basic districts wise structure of the campaign will be set up by successive awareness drives at various levels from MHRD to public schools. Our solution requires setting up of basic infrastructure, funding of which is done by offering CSR packages to corporates. The government initiated and run Website will also be hosted with structured course contents for reference.
Phase 2 (will be launched in the 2nd year): Gyan Uday Yojana, which essentially is a Student Social Responsibility Initiative. This will make use of students currently pursuing the education of graduate level and above to take up the teaching responsibility of target schools in their vicinity.
Phase 3 (during the 3rd year): Rewarding system, such as to encourage all the stake holders involved to make the campaign a sustainable one. Also for the branding of the program, such that many similar initiatives already up and running could be attached and rollout a massive standardised outcome.
