Leadership can be defined as a methord in which a person or an individual is being followed by a group of people to obtain a objective which is similar for both the leader and its follower\'s.

The defination of the components of the leadership are as follows:-

1.)Process - In this component the inetrction between the leader and its group of disciples .

2.)Influence - This component means how the leadership of the leader impact its followers .

3.)Groups- This component shows how the group of individuals that follows the leader is effected by the leadership of the leader

4.)Goal attainment- As the disciples as well as the leader have the same objective therefore they work in co-ordination with each other to accomplish their objective.

- These components are important as these components help the leader to attain their objective and lead its disciples in a effective way .

- These components do not create any challenges for the christian leaders but they help the leaders to communicate more effectively with their disciples for a more effective outcome.
